I’m a Freelance Consultant, providing project and program management services in IT and maritime industry. I’ve been involved in projects one way or another since the mid-80s.

 

The first half of my career was mostly spent in actually managing IT Department, while the second half has focused more on providing project management services. Since 2001, I have delivered numerous project management services, ranging from semi-conductor, banking, automotive, telecommuincation, maritime and property industry. The nature of services include pre-sale activities, project initiation, project planning, project execution, monitor and control, and project closure. The methodologies adopted include Focus PM, SDP-21, PMBOK and Global Method.
